    Piccolo Buco is slated to open its second location in late August as part of Naperville's Block 59, joining a slew of restaurants at the new dining and entertainment venue.

    Players like Welch are emblematic of how much has changed in college recruiting.
    The more things change, the more they stay the same? This photo, appropriately yellowed with age, dates back 47 years to 1978, when Naperville National Bank anchored the northeast corner of Jefferson Avenue and Washington Street in downtown Naperville. While that local bank was done in by a wrecking ball quite some time ago, another financial institution, US Bank, holds down the space. If you have a keen eye, you'll also see the old Nichols library further down the street. (Naperville Heritage Society)
