Naperville Police Arrests for July 12-15

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

• A 44-year-old man from Chicago was arrested at 12:11 a.m. July 12 at Brookdale Road and North Route 59 on charges of obstructing an officer, firefighter or correctional employee and unlawful possession of cannabis by a passenger.
• A 28-year-old man from Riverside was arrested at 2:22 a.m. at Aurora and Ogden avenues on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol.
• A 60-year-old man from Naperville was arrested in the 1100 block of Peachtree Court at 19:59 p.m. July 12 on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper stop or turn signal.
• A 30-year-old man from Lisle was arrested at 10:20 p.m. July 12 at North Naper Boulevard and Naper Boulevard on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, driving with a revoked license, failing to signal when required, speeding 11 to 14 mph over limit, improper lane usage/crossing lane boundary unsafely and illegal transportation or possession of alcoholic liquor by driver and on a warrant.
• An 18-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 2:23 a.m. July 13 at Aurora Avenue and River Bend Road on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor or person under the age of 21.
• A 49-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested at 9:17 p.m. July 13 in the 400 block of Aurora Avenue on a charge of aggravated battery of a correction or Department of Human Services employee, trespass to a vehicle and resisting an officer.
• A 38-year-old man from Cicero was arrested at 9:55 p.m. July 14 at West Ogden Avenue and River Road on a warrant.
• A 23-year-old man from Naperville was arrested at 10:23 p.m. July 14 in the 200 block of East Bailey Road on a warrant.
• A 20-year-old man from Romeoville was arrested at 1:40 a.m. July 15 at Plainfield Naperville and Leverenz roads on a warrant.
• A 30-year-old man from Downers Grove was arrested at 9:04 a.m. July 15 at East Ogden and Iroquois avenues on a warrant.
